Employees
To be a member
of AFGE Local 704, a person must first qualify as a member of
the bargaining unit. Any member
of the USEPA, Region 5 bargaining unit can join AFGE Local 704
but they must choose to join. Membership into AFGE Local 704 is
not automatic. It is a bargaining unit employee's choice. (Also

In some instances even
managers can join! (see exclusions
for more information).
