Rochelle Antoinette Marceillars is an Environmental Protection Specialist in the Air and Radiation Division at U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5. She has been employed with the federal government for 20 years and is an active member of AFGE Local 704. She has been a steward for about 3 years and also serves on the Executive Board as Vice President for Membership and Organization, the Local 704 "Changing Times" Newsletter Committee, and the Local 704 Customer Service Committee. She is dedicated and truly commits to ensure Region 5 employees are treated fairly and equitably concerning labor relation issues and working conditions.
