Committee Responsibilities:

Attend bi-monthly meetings held in January, March, May, July, September and November with Board Liaison.
Attend the meetings scheduled by management and provide the Board Liaison with a brief, written recap.
As a committee, meet at least twice a year with members to discuss issues, concerns, recommendations, etc.
All reports and recommendations generated by Standing Committees shall be submitted to the Executive Board through the Board Liaison.
A representative of a committee, at the request of the President, may be required to be present at an Executive Board meeting, which meets regularly every Tuesday morning.
